I have read and agree to the Community Allocation Agreement. I understand the vesting schedule (12-month cliff + 36-month linear vest) and that SPIRIT tokens are governance instruments with no guaranteed value. I confirm that I am either (a) NOT a U.S. person as defined in Regulation S, OR (b) an Accredited Investor as defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. I understand that cryptographic tokens involve significant risk, including total loss of value. I am solely responsible for my tax obligations and wallet security.
